Very nice place! When passing along on the road you never expect such a nice and cosy place. Sitting outside is nice for the little kids with a nice playground for them. Food is very good when you choose meat their speciality. My wife didn't liked the fish that much as it was all fried. If you are in the neighborhood certainly go and visit them.

Shortly very bad. Service bad. One waiter ordering, unpleasant and unwelcoming with little English skill. Menus in Italian only, English is via web, but there is low 4G in area and WiFi of restaurant doesn't reach the outside tables. We ordered medium steak (not to mention inability to explain different cuts of meat, in a steak&grill establishment) and got it rare, staff didn't respond so we couldn't ask to get it fixed, so it got cold and too late to fix, so it was left as unfinished to waste, noone ask if everything was ok or not, nobody cared.. We waited very long (also other table) to pay so we had to stand up and go inside to ASK to pay. The waiter/waitress system in restaurant is flawed. One older male waiter seem to buly other younger staff and obviously has superiority complex. Also the thing that only one waiter takes orders and other only pick up dishes or bring dishes is not optimal if head waiter is not doing his job properly and has bad influence on other staff.

We were here 4 times with my wife, always ordering costata or fiorentina steaks that were usually really good. Unfortunately, last time around, a 60 euro fiorentina was quite cold by the time it reached our table. I saw it sitting on a kitchen counter, waiting for good 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to it. I complained, and the waitress said they'll reheat it (?!!!!) Seeing my indignation, she offered to redo the dish. But this was not to be. The manager (owner?) came over and started to "educate" us on what steak done medium is and why it is supposed to be cold all around. As we were starving by then, we chose not to take our complaint any further. To "compensate" we were offered a rather insulting 6 euro discount at checkout. So if you like your steaks cold, with a huge portion of attitude on the side, then by all means do come here.
